If you’d like to come check out our inventory, we encourage you to do so. Personalized appointments are set up with Connor and Deiter and the timing can be flexible around your schedule.

In addition to all of the appointments—the two of us also handle all of the deliveries.
We’ve found this to be the most simple and easy process because we don’t involve any 3rd party delivery companies. This way, we can be completely transparent about the day/time you can expect your new couch.

We keep things simple because we prioritize value over everything. We cut out the unnecessary costs and simplify the process.

Will you accept requests for custom pieces?
By all means email us with a request and we will do our best to bring it in for you.
Where is your showroom?
We have a selection of furniture on display in our showroom on 2432 E Oakton St. Arlington Heights IL 60005.
Can I use my own shipping provider?
Yes, feel free to call or chat with us and we can arrange a pickup together with you.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What is your refund policy?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
