Can I see an item before purchasing?
Yes! Showings are appointment based. Fill out a form on our Contact Us page to get started or text us for a quick response.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Flat rate delivery within 30 miles of 2432 E Oakton St, Arlington Heights IL = $150 which includes unboxing and complete setup for all couches.
Assembly for Bedroom & Dining Room is an additional $100
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Debit, Credit, + Interest Free Financing with Afterpay.
How soon can an item be delivered?
Some items are eligible for same day delivery, others would have to be special ordered which could take up to a month.
Call or text us an image of a particular item and we can check the availability.
Can you hold an item?
- Yes! Holds can be made on a case by case basis. Holds are completely dependent on our storage availability.
- To hold an item, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due after the item has been picked up or delivered.
Can you remove my old couch?
Absolutely! We will move your old couch within your home or to the curb at no extra cost. If you prefer full removal and disposal, we offer the service for $100 to cover the dump fees.
POLICIES
Exchange / Returns
- Upon time of delivery, you will be given the opportunity to thoroughly inspect your order. It is your responsibility to inspect prior to accepting to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
- All sales are final once your order has been accepted and delivery has been completed.
- In the event an item does not fit or an order is cancelled, a 15% restocking fee will apply. The remaining balance will be issued as a refund or store credit
Delivery
- If you are unable to pick up the furniture yourself, we offer affordable delivery services
- Flat rate delivery within 30 miles of 2432 E. Oakton St. Arlington Heights IL is $150
- On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message with our eta to your destination. If you must reschedule your delivery date, please let us know what a better day and time would be and we can try our best to be accommodating.
Warranty
- Most items include a one-year manufacturers warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer, and any repair, replacement, or store credit is issued at the manufacturers discretion.
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- A full picture of the item
- A close-up picture clearly showing the issue
- A photo of the product label (tag) attached to the item
