How soon can an item be delivered?

  • Usually within 24 hours!

Can you hold an item?

  • Yes! Holds can be made on a case by case basis. Holds are completely dependent on our storage availability.

  • To hold an item, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due after the item has been picked up or delivered.

Can you remove my old couch?

  • If the couch has been gently used, we often remove furniture for free! To see if your item qualifies, fill out our Couch Pickup Form.

  • If an item is unsalvageable, disposal starts at $100 for a 3-seat sofa. Each additional seat is $25.

Exchange

  • Upon time of delivery or pickup, you will be given the opportunity to thoroughly inspect your order. It is your responsibility to inspect prior to accepting to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

  • All sales are final once your order has been accepted and delivery or pickup has been completed.

Delivery

  • If you are unable to pick up the furniture yourself, we offer very affordable delivery services for you

    -We offer FREE and quick curbside delivery within 5 miles of 2432 E Oakton St, Arlington Heights IL

  • -Within 5-40 miles = $100

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. If you choose to cancel the order, you will be refunded the full amount, except the 15% restocking fee and deposit.

  • Luxe Furniture For Less cannot guarantee weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule prior to delivery, if severe weather conditions are imminent. Some examples of severe weather include high winds (sustained winds over 25 miles per hour), excessive rain, severe cold weather or snow, and lightening.

  • On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message at least 30 minutes prior to your delivery arrival. If you must reschedule your delivery date, please notify us immediately. Orders rescheduled within 24 hours of delivery may be charged a $49 rescheduling fee.

  • Due to liability issues, delivery will be curbside only.

  • Associates may assist customer during delivery, but we reserve the right to refuse assistance where it may result in injuries or property damage.
